The PGND program is designed to prepare internationally educated nurses (IENs) for nursing licensure and nursing practice positions in Canadian healthcare systems. The IENs will participate in the assessment, analysis, advancement and application of practice and policy that directs care delivery. On completion of the program, they will have adequate knowledge about the Canadian Health System, the Canadian nursing profession, licensing requirements and available career pathways.
